Configuring notification of automatic updates to System Manager

You can enable System Manager to automatically check for updates and new versions to ensure that you are running the most updated version of System Manager.

Steps

1.	In the System Manager application window, click Tools > Options.

2.	To enable automatic notification, ensure Check if new version of OnCommand System Manager is available is selected.

By default, this option is selected.

3.	Click Save and Close to save your changes.

4.	Refresh all open instances of System Manager to apply the changes.

Result

If this option is enabled and you have an active Internet connection, a notification is displayed when a new version of System Manager or update to System Manager is available.
